International Center of Photography's town hall meeting on NYC photography permit rules will take place Monday, Dec. 3 from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the ICP Museum. (1133 Avenue of the Americas at 43rd Street.) The meeting will be attended by representatives from the Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting to discuss the new draft of their proposed Permit Rules. All are welcome.
