Robert Taylor, worker for the transit system and photo hobbyist, was arrested for taking photographs of passing trains.

Though the MTA rules are very clear that photography is permitted, the NYPD sited Taylor three summonses: taking photos, disobeying lawful order/impeding traffic, and unreasonable noise.
